1. Age Requirements & Verification

• Minimum Age: Users must be 13 years or older to create an account
• Age Verification: Users self-declare their age during registration
• Parental Consent: Users under 18 require parental consent to use the platform
• Account Suspension: Accounts found to belong to users under 13 are immediately suspended

2. Content Moderation & Safety Measures

• Automated Scanning: All uploaded images and videos are scanned using automated detection systems
• Photo Hash Technology: Implementation of PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM
• Manual Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators within 24 hours

• Content Restrictions: Strict prohibition of any sexually suggestive content involving minors

3. User Reporting System

• In-App Reporting: Easy-to-access report button on all posts, profiles, and messages
• Anonymous Reporting: Users can report concerns anonymously
• Multiple Report Categories: Specific options for child safety concerns, including:
  • Child sexual exploitation
  • Inappropriate content involving minors
  • Grooming or predatory behavior
  • Underage account
• 24/7 Response: Child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately

4. Law Enforcement & Reporting Procedures

• NCMEC Reporting: All suspected CSAM is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• International Cooperation: Compliance with international child protection agencies including:

  • Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
