1. Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PetQlix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for use of the PetQlix mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using PetQlix, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access features based on your subscription tier
3. Subscription Services
PetQlix Pro Subscription
Monthly Plan: From $4.99/month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: From $49.99/year, billed annually (save 17%)
Prices shown are starting prices in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes and currency conversion. Final pricing is displayed at time of purchase in the App Store or Google Play Store.
3.1 Pro Features Include:
- Ad-free experience throughout the app
- Up to 10 pet profiles (vs 2 for free users)
- HD video uploads and playback
- Priority customer support
- Exclusive badges and profile customization
- Advanced analytics for your pet content
3.2 Billing Terms
- Payment will be charged to your App Store/Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
3.3 Free Trial
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share through PetQlix. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.
Content Guidelines: All content must comply with our Terms of Service. We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services including:
- Firebase: Authentication, database, and storage
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- Google AdMob: Advertising (free tier only)
- Sentry: Error tracking and crash reporting
These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PetQlix and protected by intellectual property laws. The PetQlix name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETQLIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time for violation of this EULA. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App immediately ceases
- You must delete all copies of the App
- Active subscriptions will be handled per App Store/Google Play policies
12. Updates and Changes
We may update the App or this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- This EULA is between you and PetQlix, not Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA
16. Google Play-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from Google Play:
- This EULA is between you and PetQlix, not Google LLC
- Google has no obligation regarding the App
- Google is not responsible for any claims related to the App
